Prior to joining SSW, Griffen has worked in the consulting and education sectors, where he led design initiatives across government, health, and community-focused projects. His work has included digital product development, major website redesigns, and customer engagement strategies.

Outside of work, Griffen is active in the performing arts and community theatre, serving on the committee of a local theatre company and performing in musicals. In his spare time, Griffen enjoys playing guitar, diving into Dungeons & Dragons campaigns with friends, relaxing with video games, and working on his personal fitness.
